Let’s Keep Muroto’s Beaches Clean

Did you know that the people of Kochi are among the nation’s leading proponents of walking? With this in mind, the Kochi Clean-Up Project Executive Committee is embracing the connection between “Health and the Sea,”  and taking charge in tidying up Muroto’s beautiful beaches.

While this marks the fourth and final installment of the initiative, we invite you to be a part of it on August 28th (Sunday) from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, meeting at the Muroto Global Geopark Center. Please ensure you arrive and check in by 9:15 AM. Please note that in case of rain, the event will be rescheduled, and information will be communicated through the city’s official website and social media platforms.

Reflect on our bond with the ocean as we participate in the final round of this effort! Let’s ensure a cleaner sea for the future. For details, contact the Tourism Geopark Promotion Council at 22-5161. Let’s nurture a cleaner, healthier Muroto together!
