Muroto Geopark participated in the 15th Japan Geoparks National Conference: Mount Tokachi Conference held in Hokkaido from September 26 to 28, 2025.
At the event, specialists and guides of Muroto Geopark and students of Muroto High School participated by presenting posters and conducting oral presentations by the high school students.
The students presented their project on Muroto’s Geostory and disaster prevention conveyed through a play, receiving many favorable comments from participants.
We will continue to promote the appeal of Muroto Geopark nationwide while deepening learning and exchange.
