Orientation Held for Middle School Students!

The high school students serving as the executive committee held a pre-orientation to the 5 middle school students scheduled to participate in the Geopark International Youth Forum 2025.

The purpose of this orientation is to help the middle school students feel more comfortable on the day of the forum by “First, bridging the gap between high school students”.

The high school students carefully conducted one-on-one self-introductions and program introduction with a focus on softening the atmosphere.

The middle school students said,

“This is the first time talking to a high school student for this long.”

“I was nervous at the beginning but then reassured when they informed me with kindness.”

“I became interested in Muroto High School” similar feedback poured in, and the high school students naturally broke into smiles.

Although the exchange was only 30 minutes long, the time spent was a big step for both parties involved.

This was a warm moment of preparation where there’s further excitement for the day of the event.
