May 21st, We Visited the National MUROTO Youth Outdoor Learning Center (Youth Center) to Request their Support

In preparation for the Geopark International Youth Forum 2025, the high school students serving as executive committee members visited the National MUROTO Youth Outdoor Learning Center (Youth Center) which will be the main venue for lodging and activities.

On this day, they explained the content and objective of the project to the facility staff to ask for their support and cooperation.

Materials on hand, their ability to convey in their own words what thoughts were guiding their preparations and what support they needed displayed their strong determination and responsibility towards creating a forum of their own.

Facility staff provided specific advice and questions regarding lodging and program operations, leading to constructive exchanges.

The activities of Muroto High School students are gradually expanding, drawing in local adults along the way.

The process leading up to the main event itself had become a valuable time filled with learning and connection.
